Reach level 40 as a Young Fly and press Evolve, unless your own bar prints a different level.
Treat it as a later flying form. Do not confuse it with the scheduled Giant Mosquito enemies.

Other HUD text from the same week showed Spiderling to Garden Spider at level 12, and Young Fly to Mosquito at level 40. Those are different observations, not one merged path.
